We love the taste of this blend — it is tangy and tart with a hint of sweetness. It reminds me of summertime on the back porch. Add a little sweetener if you want it less tangy. Preferably raw local honey or organic whole stevia.
Serving size is around 1–3 tsp per 8 oz of hot (just below boiling) water (I prefer 1 tbsp). Steep 10–20 minutes in a covered cup for maximum benefits. Covering helps prevent nutrients from escaping as steam. Add raw local honey if desired.
