Roots and Leaves, LLC products are sold and shipped exclusively within the mainland United States. We aim to process and ship your order within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email featuring your tracking number.
While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives "safe and sound," please be advised that postal carrier delays are outside of our direct control.
At Roots & Leaves, we accept returns of unopened, unused items for store credit only when requested within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be approved in advance before being sent back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of these products, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Clean Hydration are final sale and not eligible for return, as stated on their individual product pages.
We do not accept returns on opened or used items.
