Shipping

Roots and Leaves, LLC products are sold and shipped exclusively within the mainland United States. We aim to process and ship your order within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email featuring your tracking number.

While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives "safe and sound," please be advised that postal carrier delays are outside of our direct control.

Returns & Satisfaction

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Because of the nature of our products, we have established the following guidelines for returns and issues:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If there is a physical issue with your product or if it arrived damaged, please contact us at customercare@rootsandleaves.info. To help us resolve this quickly, please include a photo of the lot number (the white tag on the bottom of your bottle) and a photo of the damage. We will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement.

  • Unopened Returns: We accept returns of unopened and unused items for store credit only.

    • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

    • All returns must be approved in advance via email.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Opened Products: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened or used.
