Roots and Leaves, LLC products are sold exclusively and shipped within the mainland United States. Your order will ship within 1-3 business days. Please be advised that postal delays are not within our control, but we make every effort to ensure your product arrives safe and sound. Your order confirmation email will contain a tracking number.

Returns

We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your purchase or product, please contact us at rootsandleaves@outlook.com to discuss your experience, and be prepared to submit a photo of the lot number (white tag on the bottom of your bottle) and issue if there is breakage. We will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction and may provide a replacement product.
