Heat Advisory — Please Read Before Purchasing

This is a heat-sensitive product and may melt during warm-weather shipping from May through September (or anytime during the year if you live in a warm climate), even when shipped with an ice pack. Melting can occur in transit, in your mailbox, or while the package is sitting on your porch.

Melting does not affect the product’s efficacy, but it may change the texture, appearance, and volume of the product in the jar.

All of our products are filled by weight, not volume. Each jar contains 2 oz by weight when filled. If the whipped product melts, it may settle and appear to contain less product because it takes up less space in the jar, but the amount of product has not changed.

If you would prefer not to risk your product melting during warmer months, we also offer four non-whipped tallow options as well as a solid Magnesium Body Butter that is not whipped and is more resistant to melting in transit.

By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of melting during warm-weather shipping and understand that heat-related melting is not eligible for a replacement or refund.
